Our Board
Our Board is made up of hard-working individuals working together for a common goal. Those listed below volunteered to provide leadership this past year. Get to know their names and faces, and feel free to ask them if you have questions.

- President - The President shall preside at meetings of the Booster Board and Club, review the minutes from the Secretary, set the agenda for meetings, and coordinate actions of the Board to meet the objectives of the Head Coach and the Booster Club
- Vice President - The Vice President will act as aide to the President, run Board meetings in the absence of the President, and assume the duties and responsibilities of the President in the event the President is unable or unwilling to perform those duties
- Secretary - The Secretary shall keep the minutes of all meetings for the Booster Club and Booster Board. Minutes of each meeting shall be distributed to the Booster Board prior to the next Booster Board meeting along with the next Board Meeting’s agenda. Secretary shall maintain other records of Football Boosters' activities as directed by the Board of Directors. Following Kick-off meeting, Secretary will send information to families regarding calendar of events and program expectations.
- Treasurer - The Treasurer shall receive all money for the Booster Club and deposit same in the name of the Booster Club in a bank approved by the Executive Board; pay by check all the bills and legal obligations of the Booster Club as approved by the Board; keep accurate record of all income and disbursements; submit both oral and written reports to the Booster Board at meetings. The reports should include up to date information regarding current bank balances, year-to-date revenue and expenses. The Treasurer will be responsible for completing and submitting annual Reauthorization packet to the school by due date.
- Program/Media Guide Chairperson - The Program/Media Guide Chairperson will coordinate the assembling and distribution of the Lancer Football Program Book/Media Guide; obtain bids from competitive printers interested in the production of the program and inserts; present bids to Football Boosters Board of Directors for selection of printer; develop a production schedule with the printer; secure artwork for program cover and feature photos for center page collage.
- Advertising Chairperson - The Advertising Chairperson will establish, with Football Boosters Board approval, the advertising fee structure; update approved sponsor form and distribute the advertisement request to football supporters and prospective advertisers; and review each advertising package received to ensure the input forms are complete, money received, and ad copy is included and suitable for inclusion in the program.
- Snack Shack Chairperson - The Snack Shack Chairperson will coordinate the purchasing of all snack shack supplies and sales; figure unit costs for wise consumer purchasing and set prices accordingly; set up, open, and oversee operation of snack shack during all football home games/events; determine the number of workers needed for each game providing a work assignment and job description for each worker; arrange for clean-up; keep records of all snack shack supply purchases; and ensure cash income is counted and reported by 2 volunteers at the end of each home game/event.
- Merchandise Chairperson - The Merchandise Chairperson will coordinate with Board on selection of items to be sold for the year; order and track receipt of all merchandise; and sell items at all home games and other events.
- Team Parent Representatives - The Team Parent Representatives will assist in maintaining a line of communication between the Board of Directors and the parents from each team. Team Parent Representatives will be responsible for obtaining workers for the snack shack and any other activities as necessary via SignUp Genius or equivalent. Varsity team parent to coordinate food for trade advertising to help fund Varsity pre-game dinners and lunches to supplement any budgeted funds towards these meals. Varsity team parent will coordinate volunteers to order, host, and serve meals at player homes or school MPR
- Banquet Chairperson - The Banquet Chairperson will work with Board of Directors to arrange a budget for banquet; arrange date, decorations, flowers, facility, caterer, menu, reservations, etc. for the event. The Chairperson will coordinate with lower-level team parents on planning of dates and facilities to streamline all football banquets
- Green & White Day Chairperson - The Green & White Day Chairperson will reserve the date and stadium through Activities office and Facilitron and recruit volunteers to support activities determined by Board of Directors for this event (i.e. Auction, Merchandise Sales, and Snack Shack).
- Volunteer Coordinator - The Volunteer Coordinator will recruit, organize and manage all volunteers for the games, events, and fundraisers. This role includes scheduling shifts on SignUp Genius, communicating needs and expectations, ensuring all positions are filled.
- Member-at-Large - A Member-at-large position will serve as a flexible board member who supports various initiatives and projects as needed. This role may assist with events, fundraising, communications, or special assignments, providing additional support.
